•repeat circuit 3-5 times
•rest 1-1.5 minutes between exercises
•rest 1-3 minutes between circuits
Plank walks
5 steps in each direction
⌲easy: feet on the ground plank walks
⌲medium: feet high on the wall plank walks
⌲hard: feet on the wall level with shoulders plank walks
⌲advanced: handstand walks
One Leg Squats
5 squats per leg
⌲easy: split stance lunges
⌲medium: body weight bulgarian split squats
⌲advanced: pistol squats
Plank with rotation
5 reps
⌲easy: trunk rotation only
⌲medium: four trunk rotations plus two up/down planks
Jump squats
5 reps
⌲easy: body weight squats (10 reps)
⌲medium: jump squats (10 reps)
⌲advanced: jump squat with rotation
Lunge matrix
5 reps
⌲easy: forward/side/back lunge on both sides
⌲medium: forward+side lunge matrix
⌲advanced: forward+side+back lunge matrix
