Resistance Band Workout | FULL BODY TONING - Beginner Level

Full Body Resistance Band Workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one band! 3 circuits in total and we will finish off with cool down by the end :) Your going to be so sore tomorrow, but it’s worth all the soreness :)
