1 HOUR RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT | AMAZING Full Body Workout

Todays Zeus Fitness video is an awesome 1 Hour Resistance Band Workout. This 1 Hour Resistance Band Workout will be a full body workout hitting every muscle group in the body. I do love a Resistance Band Workout sometimes to mix up my routine and hit the muscle in a totally different way

The Resistance bands are also perfect for working out at home or in the gym , on the move or even on your travels

What is also great about them is that you can hit muscle at home in certain ways that you struggle to do with dumbbells , like lat pulldown exercises for example or trying to replicate cable machines at home using the bands

So versatile , cheap and effective and a great addition to your home workout tools

So as I said , we will be hitting every muscle group with this workout. In order

Chest
Lat & back
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
Abs

We will be doing 10 minutes work for each section taking us for to the 1 hour workout mark
