Today's full body mini resistance band workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one mini band! We will start things off with some lower body exercises, then move into upper body and then finish things off with some ab exercises utilizing that exercise band throughout. Let's do it!!
Workout Breakdown: 3 total body mini band circuits 40s work x 10s rest x 2 rounds each
Equipment Needed: Mini band + exercise mat or other soft surface.
