25+ EFFECTIVE Exercises AT HOME for WHOLE BODY (Floor ONLY)
Effective bodyweight home workout without equipment and using the floor only. Target all body (chest, shoulders, back, arms, abs & core, legs & glutes). How to train effectively at home even when using an empty room? Do the best you can with what you have. You can do many great exercises for total body anywhere if you prefer home training, are not going to a gym or simply like some variation in your workouts.
Always train at your level and capacity. Don't attempt anything you can't manage, and break any workout or exercise when & if you need to. Listen to your body and keep training on a level where you can control what you are doing. All exercises are not suitable for everyone.
