Push Day Workout Routine at Home for Muscle Mass. Bodyweight Push Exercises to Develop a Big Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Keep Building Muscle During the Quarantine.

The state of emergency has been declared and we are now forced to stay home until the health crisis is over. I don't know about you, but I plan to come out of this pandemic stronger than I was before.

I'm going to show you how to get stronger and build muscle from home with minimal equipment. No barbells. No plates. No power racks. No bench. How do you make sure that you keep training at similar intensities than at the gym lifting weights? A home workout routine based entirely on bodyweight exercises is the answer.

PUSH DAY HOME WORKOUT. Push up workout for mass. Bodyweight push workout with no. equipment. Bigger chest, shoulders and triceps. This Workout will Develop Muscle Mass in all the Right Places for You to Emerge as a Beast Once this Pandemic is Over.

0) Warm-up
1) 4-6 Eccentric Handstand Pushups 4 SETS
Rest 4-5 minutes between sets
2) AMRAP Deficit Pike Pushups 4 SETS
Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
3) AMRAP Banded declined pushups with deficit - 4 SETS
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
4) AMRAP Bodyweight pushups - 3 SETS
Rest 2 minutes between sets
5) AMRAP Triceps extensions - 2 SETS
Rest 2 minutes between sets
6) +25 Banded facepulls - 3-4 SETS
Rest 60 seconds between sets

FINISHER (Optional) - Rest-Pause set with dumbbell lateral delt raises
