WHAT TO EXPECT: Today's full body and abs workout is a giant set structure for muscular definition! We will train the major muscle groups in the body.

We have 3 giant sets repeated twice. Each giant set will focus on the lower body, upper body, and abs! The upper and lowerbody giant sets each include 6 exercises, and the abs giant set includes 4 exercises.

EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy, relative to you and the exercise we are performing.

STRUCTURE:
3 giant sets repeated twice
Lower/Upper body: 6 exercises
Abs: 4 exercises

WORK: 40 seconds
REST: 45 seconds(lower/upper) 30 seconds(abs)
