LOWER BODY CIRCUIT | REBEL Day 46 | 30 min Dumbbell Workout
These LEGS are on 🔥🔥🔥!!!! Lower body SAVAGE circuit is the name of the game in this 30 minute strength workout!
This home workout with dumbbells is going to strengthen and build your quads, hamstrings, glutes, thighs, and calf muscle for a well-round lower body blast!
This lower body circuit required your dumbbells and a mat! Have your water bottle and towel handy too, because things heat up quick! We have a total of 3 circuits and 11 exercises with the working timer set for 40 seconds (OOPS! I put 45 sec on the intro rundown- BONUS for us!) rest in between sets is 15 seconds and in between circuits is 1 minute!
Modifications are shown for some of the exercises, and you can also modify by omitting the dumbbells altogether!
