30 minute UPPER BODY JAM SESH
This upper body and abs jam sesh is an amazing combo to help build strong upper body, ab, and oblique muscles! Bonus, this workout is less than 30 minutes and can be done at home because the only equipment you need will be your dumbbells! A mat will be handy as well because we will have floor work too!
This workout challenges you with a variety of exercises tempos, and timers to aid in defining and strengthening your biceps, triceps, chest, backs, shoulders, and abs for a total upper body workout!
As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
