Tabata Core Trainer | REBEL Day 22 | 14 min Abs Workout
WOO! This Tabata core trainer hit in all the right places!! This tabata-style abs and core workouts is an awesome way to help boost your abdominal and core strength and endurance and you only need 14 minutes!
The only equipment you need is a mat or cushy surface and optional will be dumbbells. I used a set of 2.5kg weights. This is an awesome workout for beginners, intermediate, and advanced alike because i offer modifications throughout, so you can structure it for your level!
It is week 4 of REBEL and the focus this week is all about HIIT or high intensity interval training. in order to get the most out of your HIIT training give it your all for the working time. HIIT training is great for a calorie burn, building stamina, and reducing stress!
This workout is part of our REBEL Program! REBEL is an 8-week cycling and strength workout program structured to build a stronger body and mind!
