What is a superset?
- A superset is when you pair two exercises together per set and perform them back to back with little to no rest in between each one.
- Great for those on a time constraint or wanting to induce a solid stimulus for hypertrophy without training one muscle group at a time
- Pair exercises working opposite muscle groups, an agonist and antagonist
- Rest for 3-5 minutes between each set to ensure you’re executing solid repetitions.
