TEMPO

Tempo is in my opinion an underrated and forgotten variable in calisthenics that can help you in multiple ways towards your goals.

In the short I go over how a tempo scheme is written, how to follow it, and how it can be applicable towards your training. A short is no where near long enough to explain how we can use tempo and it’s benefits so I’ll be making a much more in depth video on tempo in the future.
