Build DENSE REAR DELTS with Gymnastic Rings | How to Rear Delt Fly
Hey guys welcome back, in this video i'll be going over the rings rear delt fly. The rear delts (posterior deltoids) tend to be a neglected region of the shoulder and if you're someone whos looking to build a solid physique and achieve that boulder shoulder look, you must not neglect training the posterior delts. Also aside from size this is a great exercise to strengthen the posterior region of the upper back if that is a weak point for you. Hope this video helps, thanks for watching!
