Struggling with the L-sit?
Try out this short routine 2x-3x a week. It helps work on the 4 main components that are used during the L-sit. The L-sit is a tough isometric hold and never feels easy. But if you can develop the straight arm strength, core, hip flexor strength, and the hamstring flexibility needed over time you’ll begin to struggle less and develop a clean L-sit.
