Temporarily Maximise any Panel in After Effects (Tilde Key)
Learn how to quickly maximise an individual panel without having to manually resize a bunch of other panels. Details below...

Move the mouse pointer anywhere within the panel that is to be maximised. No clicking is required.
On many keyboards, the Tilde key (~) is located to the left of the number one key. Pressing this key will maximise the panel that contains the mouse pointer. The maximised panel is fully functional while in this state.
Press the Tilde key again to return to the regular layout.
