Low Ab Butterfly Leg Raise - Ab Workout
This is one of my favourite ab exercises because it can be done anywhere and partnered with so many other ab exercises. In this video Michelle Roots shows you how to do this low ab butterfly leg raise ab exercise correctly, in order to get the most benefit. The butterfly leg raise is a great exercise to target the lower abs, much like a leg raise exercise on a bench; however, this is one of the great lower ab exercises you can do without any equipment.
