Stairwell workout 7-2 foot jumps - up 3 down 1
Jump up 3 stairs, down 1, then up 3 again, down 1 and repeat. Be sure to absorb your landing with knees bent. Go up 10 times, rest for 1-2 mins and repeat for 3 sets!
