DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Week 2 Day 8 of the May Muscle Reset Challenge 🔥
Today’s workout is a flowing cardio core sculpt session designed to strengthen your abs, waistline and deep stabilising muscles through continuous Pilates-inspired movement, plank work and low impact cardio conditioning.
This workout combines:
• Standing core sculpt
• Plank and pike variations
• Oblique and waistline work
• Elevated step core training
• Sliding disc ab conditioning
• Lower ab and reverse crunch work
• Pilates-inspired abdominal sculpting
The workout flows continuously with no timer, allowing you to focus on control, endurance and deep core activation while keeping the movements smooth and athletic.
Equipment Needed:
• Light dumbbells
• Mini Pilates ball
• Step bench
• Sliding disc
This 25 minute workout is designed to be highly effective as a complete stand-alone session.
If you want to take this workout further, I’ve added an optional 12 minute extension available through my Extra Fries Membership. This add-on builds on the same muscle groups with deeper Pilates sculpting, waistline work and endurance burnouts.
