Welcome to Week 2 Day 6 of the May Muscle Reset Challenge 🔥
Today’s workout is a lower body endurance sculpt designed to challenge your glutes, thighs, inner thighs and balance using high reps, continuous movement and deep burn sequences.
This workout combines strength endurance, balance challenges, barre sculpting and stability work to create a powerful lower body workout without relying on super heavy weights.
We’ll move through:
• Step strength and squat flows
• Balance and stability sculpt
• Ankle weight barre burn
• Glute and inner thigh activation
• Functional lower body endurance work
This workout is designed to improve:
• Lower body strength endurance
• Balance and coordination
• Glute and thigh definition
• Stability and control
• Muscular endurance and calorie burn
Equipment Needed:
• Dumbbells
• Resistance loop band
• Step bench
• Ankle weights
• Pilates ball
The free workout is a complete stand-alone session, so if this is all you have time for you will still get an amazing workout and results by staying consistent.
If you want to take this workout further, I’ve added an optional 12 minute extension available through my Extra Fries Membership. This add-on builds on the same muscle groups with deeper sculpting, burnouts, and progression work.
