Whether your goal is body recomposition (build muscle and lose fat) or strictly weight loss, you still shouldn't rely on the calories burned in your activity tracker to be accurate. In order to achieve weight loss you need to be eating in a calorie deficit, which is not calculated based on the amount of calories burned in each individual workout.
