Stairwell workout 3-lateral high knees
Build speed and agility with this exercise. Try and perform the high knees as fast as possible and pump your arms to imitate running. Look down at stairs if you have to initially but try to work up to doing it by looking straight ahead. Go up and down 10 times (5 in each side) rest for 1-2 mins and repeat for a total of 3 sets.
