现代人想吃蜜饯可以去超市或者干果铺子,古代人只能自己做?可别小瞧古人,在经济发达的宋朝,就有专门研发制作蜜饯干果的部门,负责供应官府贵家宴会,或是接单派送,叫“蜜饯局”;而且古人吃得比我们有意思,不只是水果,笋、藕这些蔬菜都能做蜜饯哦!我试着做了蜜饯藕,甜甜的滋味里有莲藕的清香,像是在吃味道更丰富的红薯干,我猜在当时一定是风靡的小零食。
