LEAN & TONED // Full Body Strength Workout // Supersets

Today we are focused on building lean toned muscle with this Full Body Strength Workout. We are working through supersets today to make sure we really feel the burn! Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form. I suggest starting with a heavier dumbbell and then dropping down in weight if necessary as you power through each set. Let's do this!!

Workout Breakdown: 6 different supersets 40s work + 10s rest Complete each superset 3X before moving to the next
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I used a 10lb set today) + exercise mat or other soft surface.
