1）把豆腐加上3个鸡蛋跟少许青葱抓碎抓均匀，大火上锅蒸10分钟
2)把肉切小块搅成泥，辣椒&蒜切碎
3）热锅热油爆香肉至变色，加入蒜&辣椒炒一炒，加1勺蚝油、半勺黑酱油、半勺白糖炒均匀
4）加入半碗清水、少许水淀粉勾芡
5）豆腐蒸好淋上肉酱汁就好了❤️
