Holding onto Left AF:IR and the Left ZOA
Postural Restoration puts a great emphasis on being able to stabilize the left side of the body during the stance phase of gait.
This requires left AF/IR and the left ZOA.
To stabilize the femur in the hip joint, you need to feel your left hamstring, left adductor, left anterior glute medius and left internal obliques. To stabilize your left thoracic ribcage and scapula you need your left serratus anterior and left low trap.
