Is the Left AIC Right BC Pattern a Bad Thing?
Is it bad to be a Left AIC Right BC patterned individual?
No.
It's only bad when you can't turn that pattern off to a significant enough degree to use the opposite pattern, the Right AIC Left BC pattern.
In order to move forward effectively (walk) and without compensation, we need to alternate our "right side" pattern with our "left side pattern".
A Left AIC Right BC patterned individual simply means that a person has a tendency to overuse the right sided pattern. This is completely normal. The problem occurs when you get so right sided that you can't use the left side of your body effectively.
