Seeing the "Oneness" of the Human Body
In order to have success helping people with pain, or to have success in your own training and physical preparation, you have to see the body as "one", rather than a collection of different parts.
You have to understand movement patterns and how the left and right side of the body interact and compliment each other.
Our brain, all of our appendages, all our sensory organs, all our different "systems" are all part of the same "thing".
Until you see that more clearly, nothing makes sense and your body will suffer the consequences.
