BODY RECOMPOSITION RESULTS! How to start working out again & get back into shape!

Excited to share my body recomposition results after I stopped lifting consistently for a year! I've been on my body composition journey to lose fat and gain muscle since Jan 2022. This is a more realistic version of how to recomp at home instead of jumping back into a gym full time, as I am aiming to build muscle and lose fat at the same time while working out from home. This isn't my full body composition transformation as I am still working, but I wanted to share an update of my progress so far. I know there isn't as many female body composition videos out there so hopefully this inspires more women to chase their goals :) getting back into shape was hard especially since I had no motivation to workout, but it feels so amazing to be back after such a long break!
