These 5 exercises are also called the fountain of youth. They are 2500 years old. The exercises give you more joyful energy. And you train your core just a little every day. Great for a morning exercise. 5 times the exercises is about 3 minutes of your time. After waking up, drink a glass of water with baking soda (more info in the Body Zen Training) and perform this exercise. Enjoy the release of happy hormones!
