LOW IMPACT CARDIO NO REPEAT - This no repeats HIIT routine will see you move through a series of my favourite low impact exercises in a quiet workout that will keep your neighbours smiling and you sweating, while you workout from home.

You don't need any equipment at all to complete this no repeats no jumping workout, so just roll out your mat and grab your water bottle and let's get ready to sweat.

How it’s done: There is one circuit to work through. Complete each exercise 50 secs work/10 secs work
