30 MIN HIIT STRENGTH with Weights | Full Body No Jump No Repeat Workout

FULL BODY HIIT STRENGTH WITH WEIGHTS -This high intensity HIIT routine brings the burn with no boring repeat sets and no jumping required.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

There is just one circuit that makes up this no repeat HIIT workout. Complete the circuit of movements 50 seconds work/10 seconds rest
