60 MIN INTENSE No Repeat HIIT with Weights //Full Body Dumbbell Workout

NO REPEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT - This 1 hour No Repeats Workout combines strength cardio and ab exercises to give you an intense full body workout using just a few dumbbells.

You'll need a variety of weights to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

There are 4 seperate circuits to workout through. Circuit 1 is all leg focused, 2 is Upperbody, 3 is cardio & 4 is Core. Each circuit has a different time scheme as mentioned below.

Circuit 1 - Legs 60 secs work/20 secs rest
1️⃣Rotational DB Goblet Squat
2️⃣Goodmorning to Step Back Lunge
3️⃣Single Leg Deadlift (L) Side
4️⃣Single Leg Deadlift (R) Side
5️⃣DB Goblet Deadlift to Squat Clean
6️⃣Lateral Lunge & Switch
7️⃣Curtsy Lunge with Side Kick (L) Side
8️⃣Curtsy Lunge with Side Kick (R) Side
9️⃣Alt Forward Lunge with Leg Lift
🔟DB Glute Bridge with Abduction
⏸Side Plank Glute Thrust (L) Side
2️⃣Side Plank Glute Thrust (R) Side
*30 secs rest

Circuit 2- Upperbody 60 secs work/20 secs rest
1️⃣DB Chest Press
2️⃣Push-up DB Pull Through
3️⃣Kneeling Front Press to Halo
4️⃣Close Grip Bentover Row to Curl
5️⃣Skier Swing to Shoulder Press
6️⃣Bentover Front Raise to Reverse Fly
7️⃣X Body Front Raise
8️⃣Seated Straight Leg Alt Press
9️⃣Bridge Skull Crusher
