Let's do this!!

There are 6 circuits that make up this no repeats workout. We'll be completing each circuit in an alternating time scheme as follows:
STRENGTH-50 seconds work/10 seconds rest
CARDIO - 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

I used a set of 3 kg + 5kg + 7kg + 10 kg dumbbells to complete this 60 min HIIT workout but you. may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
