40 MIN KILLER DUMBBELL HIIT | Full Body Tri Set Workout // Burn Calories & Have Fun!

KILLER DUMBBELL HIIT - Get to work building muscle and burning fat with this full body tri set workout that combines strength and cardio moves into one killer HIIT workout.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this trisets HIIT workout. I used 5kg + 7kg + 10 kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

There are 10 Tri Sets that makes up this workout. Complete each triset 2 x through working through each exercise back to back with no rest for 30 seconds each. Have 15 seconds rest between rounds and 30 seconds rest sets.
