Triceps Workout You're GUARANTEED To GROW From!

Today we're putting size on those triceps with this workout because I stacked all my favorite or should I say least favorite exercises into one session.

Here's The sets & reps if anyone is curious.

Trifu#kta - 3 Sets / (20,20,20)
3 Way Extensions (30's) - 3 Sets / (30,30,30)
Close grip pushups until you pass out - 2 min

Biggest takeaway is that you can always push your arms to grow as long as you get creative. As I'm typing this I can feel the soreness set in..
