How To Do PUMPING ABS EXERCISE

Who would not want to flaunt those washboard abs? I’m sure we all do! As the old saying goes ‘Nothing comes easy in life’, we all have to work hard to achieve our dreams. 1: Before you begin with any form of exercise, it is important to first make yourself comfortable. Start the pumping abs exercise by lying down on your back on an exercising mat.

2: Keep the legs straight close to each other and gently lift them together off the floor. The legs should be lifted half way up.

Step 3: Stay in the position for a few seconds without holding your breath.

Step 4: Now start pumping the legs up and down for about 20 counts without holding your breath. You can feel the compression in the abdominal region. Once done, repeat this exercise for 2 more times with the same procedure.

1. Live longer: People with a stronger mid section live longer when compared to those who have weak abdominal muscles.
