TRX Lat Pull

TRX Lat Pull works the Latissimus Dorsi, the big muscles under your armpits. ⁠

Adjust your straps to mid-calf length. Hold the handles as if you were going to do a row: arms bent at right angles by your sides. Turn palms down to face the floor, bend knees, let hips tip back so you're facing the ground. Hands near your shoulders is the finished position of the movement. ⁠

As your arms extend overhead, let your hips drop back, keeping your chest facing the floor. Pull in an up and down motion rather than a forward and back motion like a row. Remember to keep your arms packed in their sockets so your shoulders don't creep up to your ears. Finish 10-15 repetitions and release.
