National Fitness Day Workout

To celebrate National Fitness Day (Saturday May 2nd), I hosted a live workout on IG and FB. This workout has exercises and drills for each of the 6 components of fitness:

1. Strength
2. Power
3. Speed/Agility/Quickness
4. Cardiorespiratory Endurance
5. Balance
6. Mobility/Flexibility

The only equipment you need is a broom.
