TRX Drop Squat
Stand facing the anchor and slide your hands in the foot cradles with the thumbs on the outside. With your hands near your shoulders, find your squat stance (feet shoulder-distance apart, slight turnout of the toes). As you drop down in the squat, the arms will extend over head so you're in an overhead squat position at the bottom. As you rise up, pull the elbows into the sides of the waist to return the hands by the shoulders.
