Full-Body Warm-Up for Online Group Training Sessions

Here is the full-body warm-up I use in my online group training.

Remember to always do Dynamic Stretches before your workout and save the Static Stretches for post-workout. In the warm-up, you’re not trying to increase your range of motion. You’re trying to take your joints through the full range of motion they currently have. This routine will take about 5-7 minutes. After, you’ll feel warmer, more energized, you’ll be breathing a little heavier, and your heart rate will be up. You’ll be mentally and physically prepared for the workout ahead.
