TRX Triceps Extension- (2-3 sets, 15 reps)
Hanging Abs Raise- (2-3 sets, 15 reps)

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: Full body
Supine Glute Bridge- (2-3 sets, 20 reps)
Single-Leg Swiss Ball Hamstring Curl- (2-3 sets, 20 reps per side)
TRX Banded Squat and Row- (2-3 sets, 20 reps)
Straight-Arm Side Plank With Banded Hip Abduction- (2-3 sets, 20 reps)
Banded Hip Extensions- (2-3 sets, 20 reps)
V-Sit Hold- (2-3 sets, 30 seconds).

DIET
Breakfast:
