In today's video I share with you what I typically do in the gym. Constistency and high effort are the non-negotiable cornerstones of my training. That's how I have pulled off a pretty decent body transformation across the last 5 plus years. You could do the same from today. I'm just showing you how the sausage is made. Nothing fancy. Just raw effort and never quitting.
