8 Months Journey to Overcome Shoulder Injury (Supraspinatus tear)

I was having a rough time dealing with a partial tear on my supraspinatus. I was not even able to perform a single push up without pain. I did my own rehab based on my experience, which went pretty well. But after 5~6 months have past, although I was feeling a lot better, I was still experiencing some minor pain. I decided to go see a doctor at that time and received the extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Along with that, I also received a manual therapy and added more rehab exercise to my routine. As a result, all of my pain was gone in 4 weeks and I am finally able to perform regular push ups, even handstand push ups pain free. In this video, I would like to share my rehab journey.
