5 Minute Hamstrings Stretching Routine Before Bed (big difference!)

Here's a very simple 5 minute hamstring stretching / mobility routine you can do before going to bed. Most people only include stretching to their training. but I recommend training the antagonistic muscles to really master your active range of motion. Try 2~3 times a week and see the difference.
