Day 13 of my Fit and Strong February series 🔥
This chair pilates total body workout uses elevation to intensify traditional pilates exercises and create a powerful full body burn.
We start with chair lunges with one leg elevated to activate the lower body, then move through kneeling, seated, side-lying, and prone position exercises to target muscles from every angle. The elevation of the chair makes classic movements like crunches, leg raises, and extensions much more challenging, increasing strength, control, and stability.
Expect a creative full body workout that delivers deep muscle engagement and a serious burn.

Fit and Strong February is a flexible 4 week challenge made up of 20 workouts that you can mix and match based on your energy levels and schedule.
