材料：2个鸡腿、1勺酱油、少许胡椒粉、3根香茅、1块生姜、3个小米辣椒、10瓣蒜
酱汁：1勺酱油、2勺鱼露、少许黑酱油、半颗柠檬、1勺白糖

1）把鸡腿去骨切块，加入1勺酱油、少许胡椒粉腌制10分钟
2）香茅、姜&辣椒切丝，蒜切末
3）准备酱汁，1勺酱油、2勺鱼露、少许黑酱油、半颗柠檬、1勺白糖搅均匀
4）热锅热油，把鸡肉放入煎至焦香后取出
5）锅留底油放入蒜香茅姜辣椒爆香，加入鸡肉炒均，再倒入酱汁快速翻炒就可以了❤️
