I show you guys my day, how I am able to stay on trck with my caloric goals while being a busy university student. How to find time in your day to go to the gym despite being busy with work or school. No excuses get it done.

I also take you guys through the leg workout I did and explain the reasoning behind my food choices. Im gonna teach you how to make a couple of my staple meals in my next video.
Here is the Leg Workout:
1. Barbell Back Squat 4 sets 4-6 reps (strength focus)
2. Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 4 sets 6 reps (strength focus)
3. Leg Extensions 3 sets 12 reps (hypertrophy focus)
4. Leg Curl 3 sets 10 reps (hypertrophy focus)
5. Barbell Lunges 3 sets 12 reps (hypertrophy focus)
6. Standing Calve Raises 3 sets 12 reps (hypertrophy focus)
