Full workout:
1: Arnold press 3 sets x 10-12 reps
2: Lateral raises 2 sets x 12-15
3: Lateral raise variation with hold 2 sets x 15 reps each arm
4: Front raises 3 sets x 10 each arm
5: Face pulls 3 sets x 15 reps
6: Reverse dumbell fly 3 sets x 15 reps
7: Between the leg cable lateral raise 2x 10 each arm
Finished with a couple of sets of hanging leg raise variations.
