MORNING ROUTINE TO GET SHREDDED 10 Minute Home Plank Workout

This is my current morning routine to lose fat. As you can see, i like to do a lot of work in the morning and start the day active. It was supposed to be a restday, but i felt like doing a quick 10 minute (home) plank workout. No equipment needed for this workout!

Full workout:
Push-up knee tuck
One arm superman plank
Plank rotation
Plank jump into push-up
Spider climber
Knee tuck into leg lift
One arm plank
Plank toe taps
Plank shoulder taps
Plank push-ups

60 seconds each exercise and 15 seconds rest between exercises
