More animals than people! - Kyrgyzstan travel day - Karakol to Naryn

One of the most important things about traveling in a new country is figuring out how to use public transport. Like with most countries I travel to, the language barrier always seems to pose a problem when looking for reliable transport at a fair price. Regardless, as seen here, I try to enjoy every step of the way and appreciate the effort and the hospitality of the locals. In this video, I travel from the village of Karakol in the far east of Kyrgyzstan to Naryn in south central Kyrgyzstan with several transfers. The scenery from the roads alone are mind blowing, and it doesn't take much more than a taxi or mashrutka through the countryside to get a glimpse of the Kyrgyz nomadic life.
